Subject: AAMC adds State
Directors for West Virginia and Colorado
We are very happy to announce
that new AAMC Chapters have been formed and admitted from the States of
Colorado and West Virginia. This brings the number of active AAMC States to
eleven including California, Oregon, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Utah, Idaho, Georgia, Florida, and Kentucky.
Our new State Director for West Virginia
is Ms. Cindy Wimer of Parkersburg, West Virginia. Cindy worked in the medical field until her
disability (Multiple Sclerosis) forced her early “retirement”. Fortunately for
AAMC Cindy won’t just stay home or private but has become dedicated to the
cause of medical cannabis. Cindy started a group called “Mountaineers for
Medical Cannabis” The Mountaineers hold public meetings, educate, and are very
active in informing political decision makers. Cindy was involved in the
Kentucky Million Man Marijuana March and is good friends with our Kentucky Director
Cher Ford-McCullough and Ohio medical cannabis pioneer Don Wirshafter.

Our new State Director for
the State of Colorado is Mr. Jim Brennan. Jim is part of the Colorado
Medical Marijuana Registry. He is actively petitioning the State of Colorado to
add alcoholism and bipolar disorder to the list of “approved” conditions. As a
member of 12 step programs, Jim brings vital experience to our group.
Jim graduated from Syracuse University in
1987 with a degree in television/radio/film production. He has years of
experience as a radio program manager. Jim currently works for a large
technology company in Northern Colorado.
